2009 Northern Luzon Cluster S&T Fair started last Thursday, December 3, 2009 at the SM City Rosales.
The week-long science and technology fair of the Department of Science and Technology featured exhibits and bazaar of small and medium enterprises assisted by DOST as well as technical sessions, trainings and robotics.
In an interview during the opening ceremonies of the S&T fair, Presidential assistant for Northern Luzon, Dr. Ernie A. Mendoza II laments the fact that S&T in the Philippines is not given much attention citing its non-priority in the national budget.
